It’s One-Hit Wonder Wednesday! Each week, I’ll pick a one-hit wonder to stir nostalgia and make us all ask “what were people thinking?”

This week, it’s “Love Grows (Where My Rosemary Goes)” by Edison Lighthouse.

Like a number of one-hit wonders in the ’70s, Edison Lighthouse was strictly a studio creation. But they did score this big hit in the US and the UK in 1970. And they nailed the softer, lighter sound that would dominate pop music in the early 1970s.

Check back next week for another One Hit Wonder Wednesday!
